How an Elephant met a Zebra

About this design:

When I saw those gorgeous huge Elephant jasper beads I immediately visualized a desert where I have never been myself but like many seen on TV. The color to me is of hot sand:mustard mixed with brown ...I added Golden Zebra jasper 12 mm coins bought at LB to give it more heat...

Components:

Elephant jasper rice beads 12x36; Golden Zebra jasper coins 12mm; Brass metal beads; Tierra cast ancient gold toggle clasp

Little Round Chick!I guess it’s Sahara desert. That was the initial name for the necklace btw and then when I realized that beads have such pretty names I got the story about Elephant meeting Zebra…and to my mind it’s just SAND and no cactus in Sahara… :-( (

So beautiful! I love the Zebra Jasper coins. They’re interesting to look at! I could spend hours staring at your designs. There’s so much to see. The clasp is also lovely, and really goes well with the stones.
