Vintage Inspired Necklace with Brecciated Jasper & Banded Agate
About this design:
I had something COMPLETELY different in mind when I started this necklace (there were faceted rose quartz slabs involved), but nothing was coming together. Then I picked up this extra brecciated jasper donut I had laying around, and good things started happening despite the fact that I'm not much of a fan of brecciated jasper. I tossed in some more of those banded agate beads that I'm starting to love, and I finally had a piece that I didn't want to throw against the wall in frustration.

What a fabulous piece! When I first read your list of components, I thought “really”??? Then I took a close look at your design and thought “oh, yes”! I would never have combined these elements, but am so glad you did because it really does look beautiful! Love the many design opportunities this offers, too!
