About this design:
This is the cousin of the Copper and Pearl necklace. I used a smaller gauge wire and placed it on the opposite side. The larger drops are jasper of an unknown variety and the smaller ones are bronzite. The arrangement of the beads is similar to the pearl and copper necklace. I think I like this one more than the other. I've posted a photo of the copper and pearl necklace so you can compare them.
Components:
copper wire, pure copper chain, jasper and bronzite dropsRead the comments (or add your own)

Nancy Mc says:I just knew this looked familiar. This one is very pretty, and y earthy with the Jasper, and Bronzite. I must say that some stones don’t speak to me,when viewed by themselves. However…when given life in a design like this, they just take on a whole new feeling !
Lovely work,as always!

Little Round Chick says:I have to agree with you about the stones. This jasper has been hanging around for 3 or 4 years and every time I tried to use it in something it just fell flat. Guess it knew what it wanted to do and just waited until I figured it out.

KatsAllThat says:Really very pretty. The design is so unique. Well done.

LadyBug says:I have tons of jasper too, but now I feel more inspired to do something more than just string it. I am a little nervous about using copper, but now I can really see how awesome it can be. You did a beautiful job on the jasper and the yellow necklaces. I see read stones for some flare. I so have to go and build one because you have my creative juices flowing.

K H says:Love them both…the pearls for dressier occasions and the jasper for casual. This design would look great with a one shouldered dress or top…the stones on one side would balance the fabric on the other.

JC Hamm says:I love them both as well, your wire work is fantastic.

Chippy Chick aka Lindys says:Both are beautiful pieces, but I prefer the jasper one! I think the darker stones show off the design better. Love the wire work! Of course I like asymmetrical designs.
