Wind and Rain Earrings
About this design:
These earrings are inspired by wind and rain, both of which we are sure to have this hurricane season. The leaves represent the organic material blown around in a storm, and the remaining beads represent the rain. I patina'd the leaf charms, head pins, and chain, using the Vintaj patina kits. Had alot of fun mixing the colors and applying them!
Components:
Brass leaf pendants, brass chain, brass headpins, Vintaj patina kits, gunmetal earwires, and beads left over from the Sring Rain contest plus some teal button pearls.Additional Images:

Elis Mom says:Thank you, Val! I got the leaves from JoAnn Fabrics. They were connected to a bunch of cheap plastic beads, and I took them apart. There is a brand called Lalliberi that has similar leaves as well. Also available at JoAnn Fabrics.
