experiment in wire wrapping

About this design:

I tried to make two wire wrapped bracelets, from a design I had in my head, these are my first two experiments. I made a core of four wires of an cheap unknown soft wire I got for free. I then wrapped them in coloured craft wire, hand coiled. Originally I had all four wires coming out the end, but I hated the look. Like a genius I realized that the wires couldn't go anywhere, and that all four did not have to come out at the ends, and cut three of them down. I'm not yet happy with the results, but I'm going to try again.

Components:

Unknown 18 gauge wire, craft wire.

Clever idea, Nancy — isn’t it great how we can experiment until we get a new technique or idea just the way we’d pictured it? :)

Experiment to your hearts content, Nancy. Happy accidents and experiments are part of what keeps us going. :)
