Clockwork Green

About this design:

I am participating in a Travel Blog Challenge hosted by Erin Prinz Hais of Tesori Trovati. My chosen country was Ireland. Traditional Wearin' O' the Green is all well and good, I am a steampunk kind of Irish gal. My inspiration was that rowdy Irish jig, the Irish Washerwoman. Brass washers that I hammered to texture, copper wire and Lima Beads all came together to make this piece with the focal from Earthenwood Studio.

Components:

Earthenwood Studio Acid Lime Gears Pendant, Czech glass beads as followes: wasabi geen picasso window flower squares, and lemon lime window coins, daywatch fire polished rondelles and banana picasso fire polished rondelles plus brasss washers from the hardware store and copper wire.

Love the focal, like the symmetry that has just enough contrast to make it interesting. Very Cool!

Loved the pendant and the lemon-lime window coins. Kind of getting into the steam punk thing myself. Good job!
