About this design:
I started this necklace with two very different beads I wanted to use. The red pendant is a tagua nut slice, and just seemed so bold that it deserved some bright smaller beads to orbit it. The second beads I wanted to use are the small sparkly silver beads which I've used in the link sections.
As is often the case with my jewelry I start with very different beads I want to use, then I have to figure out how to add other beads to the mixture! So I went for brights, some opaque like the green and yellow beads, and others with a see-through effect, such as the red and blue glass beads. Turquiose howlite beads were also used. Finally, I added an extra pop of red with the red cloissone beads.
Components:
Tagua nut slice pendant, silver artistic wire, silver sparkly beads, green resin beads, red cloissone beads, red glass beads, turquoise howlite beads, unknown material yellow beads.Read the comments (or add your own)

Lois D says:Oh, Susannah
another wonderful piece of artwork. I really like this design, a sort of “organized eclectic” style (if that makes any sense). I love the use of all the colors in it as well. Love your work!

Susannabeads says:Thanks for your lovely comments. I couldn’t explain it better than ‘organized eclectic’! Sometimes it’s nice to let loose and not be too tied to a colour theme or plan.
