Wow, Julie!! really WOW!!! Are those leaves from LB??? I don’t remember seeing them-I will go searching immediately!

    Julie Shane says:

No, Sorry Becky. I’ve had them for about a year. They were on a sale or clearance on one of the bead sites. When I first got them I was horrified at their size. Tried several ideas and then just buried them in the stash. When I saw the actual size of BB, that same horrified feeling made me remember the leaves.

That bracelet is a knockout Julie. The BB has done amazing things…inspired everyone’s creativity to a new level and given them ideas for beads they’ve had stashed.

Nope Laud… This *IS* the green BB. I pulled it apart and re-used the pieces to make something I’d actually wear. ;)

Nancy, This (and most of my stuff) is done with stretchy cord. I’m a teacher and I have to be on campus at 7:45 so I don’t have time or patience in the morning to fight with my jewelry!

This is done with 2 pieces of cord. The balls and leaves had large enough holes that I just ran both cords through them and tied a big knot (inside the black ball).
If I’m using beads with tiny holes then I knot it or crimp it at each end of the “double.”

OH me too I made a necklace with one color and think I will re do that one Thanks for the idea…(Not your design, tho I love it.) Just hate the necklace and the other color was soo insipid I haven’t used it yet.
    This is so cool.

Thanks for sharing your story. I love reading how others solved beady problems. Too big, wrong color, holes too large…It helps us all in our journey.
Love what you’ve done with these problem leaves.
