Dragonfly wings
About this design:
The seed bead trim brings out the ab coating of the crytal(Reminded me of dragonfly wings). It has a nice drape to it and sparkles in the light when it is worn. Simple design but pretty, fun to make.
Components:
8mm Black crystal rondelles, 8mm black glass bicones, light green ab seed bead size 11, beading thread, thats all!Read the comments (or add your own)

T Wojciehowski says:Thanks all! I used a cross weave stitch first with the faceted rondelles on the outside and bicones in the center then went through and “outlined” with the seed beads. I like the cross-weave because you use the same thread and make several passes, after each pass you can add more if it isn’t how you want it to look! This was my first try with outlining with seed beads and I really like it for a finishing touch.

T Wojciehowski says:No, but I think they are interchangable for most designs, just depends on your preference. I think there are instructions on crossweaving on youtube, but I found it in a beading magazine with several other technique instructions.
