About this design:
So this is the final product of my creative block. Still not quite happy with it. Mostly a construction problem. When I take it off the ring that is the clasp loop flips around and gets on the wrong side of the flower and strands. But I'm done with it...for now. The flowers are cones that have been bent and shaped with a crystal center.
2nd photo from.2nd incarnation for close-up of flowers.
Components:
Copper chain. Copper lobster clasp. Copper cones. Copper jump rings. All from stash. LB: Czech fire polish luster mix...mostly purples and topaz. Czech fire polish matte luster amethyst round.Read the comments (or add your own)

Julie Shane says:I think you solved it wonderfully. Just a tiny hint of color to break up the purple.
You know I’m going to steal your idea of the flowers. I may even use some chain!
On Jan 07, 2013 at 5:54 pm #
Deb Harding says:Thanks Julie. I think I might have semi-stolen the flower idea…not sure it was cones though. They’re just hard to secure, want to flip all around on the jump ring.

Julie Shane says:I believe you should name your bracelet: Finicky! Just like our kitties, your bracelet does just what it wants to, if it wants to, and how it wants to.

Judith Ann Boyer says:This piece is adorable!! I always have a problem with flowers flipping and flopping forward!! Uhhh, they can be a pain! Looks like you fixed your problem….very beautiful.

Deb Harding says:LMBO!! I should name it “pain in my butt”! I seriously hate jump rings. And crimps

Deb Harding says:I think I’m going to invent a finding that locks things in place but is not permanent.

Deb Harding says:Ooops thanks Judith.

Deb Harding says:Yea they just flip all around, hang wrong, get hing in the bead strands….aarrrgh!
