About this design:
Reminiscent of raindrops hanging on to the dark branches of winter trees.
Components:
Four strands of brown waxed linen thread passed through the loop of a toggle, and knotted with 8/0 silver charlottes. Three beads caught up in each knot. Takes time but costs little.Read the comments (or add your own)

Lois D says:Helen, I love your design! It is a perfect portrayal, exactly what I see around me at this time of year. Speaks volumes in it a quiet way. Love using waxed linen in bracelets and this one is beauiful!

CAS says:Helen, did I see your bracelet featured on a rival bead site??? It’s lovely … so fresh and clean.
I’m sure the directions would be appreciated.

Laud says:I love nature-inspired jewelry. To me, this looks like the first flowers of spring before leaves have sprouted on shrubs or trees. Sooo pretty. (If you did one with yellow beads, you’d have forsythia branches.) Wonderful job.

Eeka Mouse says:Beautiful use of simple component. Forsythia- great idea for a variation… I could also see ‘redbud’…

Janet Miriam says:I lve this bracelet. I have made a similar one, but had the hardest time finishing off the ends. I can’t quite make out what you did…did you tie knots onto the clasp?

I would love this with pearls too. they do make large hole pearls. (swarovski) @ 1.5 mm. but that may be too big if using irish waxed linen.

beadinggma says:Love this bracelet. It inspired me to try the technique. I call mine “Apple Blossoms”. I used pink, and lime green seed beads, Czech leaves, purple Irish waxed linen cord, with Limabeads free toggle clasp.
Thanks for the inspiration.
