Colorful Asymmetry

About this design:

A customer requested a "colorful" necklace. It couldn't be too expensive as she didn't want problems carrying it into the Ukraine as a present to a friend. Scratching my head I searched my inventory and came across these "left-over" chalk turquoise beads that were in eclectic colors. I'd done an asymmetric designs previously using monotone blue or blue/green combos. So...decided to give a colorful combo a try. The customer was very happy (and the recipient loved it).

Components:

Dyed chalk turquoise in various shapes/colors, silver-plated brass bears and clasp

Very cute…funky yet feminine. Love the balanced asymmetry in this.
I take it the other photo is.your previous design. Also nice..more bohemian/hippy looking.

Thanks, Deb. Yes, the second picture is of my original design. No two are ever the same as I work with eclectic mixed packages.

Cool and funky. I like how the major beads are asymmetrical, but also the “background” beads are too. The tiny seed beads contrast with the long tube beads. Cute!!!

Thanks for the feedback. I really have fun on the occasions that I step outside of my symmetrical box.
