About this design:
I was itching to try ceramic, so I looked for a nice acorn and made a mold from it, then a real leaf to press into the clay, for the leaf texture.. I did not glaze this, I hand painted it with acrylic paint then acrylic sealer.
Components:
Ceramic clay and acrylic paint, hand painted and dry brushed..Read the comments (or add your own)

Chickie Nonnie T says:You lucky girl! About 50 million years ago, I did some ceramics in high school. it was a terrific crafting class. I took it a couple of years, and was able to do the potters wheel, weave on a huge loom, leather work, etch in metal, and of course ceramics. I honestly can’t remember everything we did. I wish I could do it all again!
