Work in Progress - Pearl Knotter
About this design:
I decided to pull out my pearl knotter (Beadalon) after much procrastination). Haven't used since my pearl knotting class almost 6 months ago. Wasn't sure if I would remember the technique but it came back quickly. So threw some beads together to practice. It took no time to do this bracelet. Still need to try french wire for the 1st time to pull together the loose ends by the clasp and to prevent the silk thread from wearing against the metal. Will use griffen silk next time. Thread I used had too many 'fibers'
Components:
Silk thread, Amazonite, Rock Crystal, Czech beads and Tierra Cast clasp.Additional Images:
