A Bevy of Bracelets

About this design:

Working on some more bracelet designs. The pink one is my version of the Silver Branches bracelet. Tutorial by Erin Seigel available on her blog or Pinterest page. I decided to add glass flowers and silver leaves and make it a little more full. The shell one is half a design called the Goddess Bracelet by Lesley Watt. You can also find this design on the Bead Me Up Buttercup facebook page. Its a simple design which can be very versatile. Its basically a cord tied onto a button to get 2 equal lengths. You then thread a bead on 1 cord then a jump ring on both and then a bead on the other cord. The pattern repeats until you reach the end. Make your button closure and thread on beads on the tails. The 3rd bracelet is just a knotted design. String on beads or shells make a knot repeat.

ButterBall is growing but the breathing thing is still an issue. He breaths too fast and it seems his heart beats too fast. He still does not seem to breath in his chest but his stomach. Still doing the back patting.

Components:

Pink Bracelet: variety of pink seed beads, pink glass flowers, silver leaves, silver floral button, s-lon cord. Shell/Wood Bracelet: Aqua shell nuggets, espresso wood beads, jump rings shell button, hemp cord. Shell Bracelet: Variety of shell nuggets, shell button, hemp cord.

Love them all. The brown and blue is my favorite thought. You gave me an idea for my turquoise chips. Thank you ! :)

I see BB is never too far away from his human Mama. He’s getting so big and is sooo cute!

Hope BB is feeling better soon! (I posted before I read your complete description.)

“Make your button closure and thread on beads”
meaning knot at end of wood beads, leave an area open for button, then knot add beads and knot again?
    Thanks

You know I love my 1/2 and 1/2 bracelets! This is a great design idea. You are right. It can be adapted for lots of different beads.

ButterBall is adorable! I like the second pic because he’s just such a “Joe Cool surfer dude” with his hemp necklace. ;)
Look at the tiny SHARP nail in that last pic! Oh My!

Peggy that is the way. If you google Goddess Bracelet you will find her full tutorial with photos of several variations. The Bead Me.Up Buttercup facebook page has several beautiful variations made with these gorgeous ceramic buttons. You can also google Erin Seigel because she has tutorials for some other very cool boho style bracelets.

I love all of these Deb, but the pink’s my fav. Great designs! The pic of BB with the button on his forehead reminds me of the first gynecologist I went to….remember those headband things they wore! Oh my, does that date me or what? LOL

Excellent!!! Especially the pink one!! I think I have those same shell pieces in turquoise and green. Michaels? :)

ButterBall is the cutest kitty on the planet! I saw that sharp little claw, too. I can imagine how scratched up you are right now. It’s like when puppies have daggers for milk teeth and they grab your hands. yeeeoooowwww but so worth the pain! :) I wish I could cuddle him, too!!

Thank you Sonja, RowdyGirl, Maria, Jolene, Beadinggma, Val, & Becky.
Becky actually the shell pieces came out.of a.mixed.box of shells & wood beads from wallyworld. Same box as the infamous teeth pearls.
ButterBall pretty much the cutest kitten around. Only Mousey was cuter. Plus Mousey came running when I called ” where’s my little baby?” Oh and I don’t have any scratches….yet.

Love them all! And the BB too!
You’re designs are an inspiration to me, Deb. You have an eye for creating designs and using color & texture in wonderful ways!

In the photo with the bracelet on his head, BB seems to be saying, “You’ve got to be kidding?! What is she thinking? But I’ll just stand here and look cute anyway.” ;-)

I’m in love with the pink bracelet. It has the feel of a garden. The shell ones are lovely, too, in a more earthy, seaside way.

Thank you Frida, Mary & Laud.
ButterBall was not particularly happy about the bracelet on his head. For some reason the the picture reminds of something…some scene from a movie I think…that escapes me. Its almost like Rambo but….I will think of it.
