Its almost like blue & white checks. This one looks cute, casual, summery.
I’m curious about what you mean as far as too soft.

    Thank You, Deb :)

The thread I used where “soft”: crochet style. As result the whole beaded work is too ‘soft’, changing from the tube into the flat, if you want to manipulate it into… I like it to hold the form of the tube and flex just ‘normal’ way ?
as waxed cotton or waxed linen or polished hemp do. :)

Lovely, not understanding a word especially as Frida would say, me and treads are not friends :D

So it’s crochet? It’s very lovely and light looking. I think a soft feel might be better because of that. Just a thought.]

Thank You Becky, Asia and MaryKay :)

No, MaryKay it is not crochet, it is kumihimo weaving but I used the threads for stringing the beads that usually used for the crochet, not beading… I just like to try this and that;)

I get it now Julia. Simce its supposed to have the tubular shape a soft.thread wont work because it doesn’t hold it. Crochet thread is pretty limp.

It’s gorgeous no matter what thread. Threads have been a total enigma to me. KO, Nymo, Clon, Slon, Tuff…I mean really now, could they make it anymore complicated!! :-)

Yes , Deb , you are correct :)
Thank You, Kats! They are enigma to me too…

I just was trying to figure out how the sizes A,B,C,D etc. correspond to the mm. ? How thick is size B? :0.5mm? or 0.85 mm?

    Crazy!

It’s lovely! Another style ;) ;) But I too prefer the “harder” style.
