Debbie Darling!!

About this design:

This is from a fresh pick I did for my sister Debbie. She bought the materials and had them sent to me. This is what I came up with. I changed the brass to vintaj brass. I am using the pearls to make a bracelet to go with, but I need her wrist size first.

Components:

Kyanite flat oval, Golden Mica faceted flat oval, Rutilated Quartz faceted irregular flat oval and rondelle, Luster blue crystal faceted rondelle, Midnight and steel blue matte shell pearls, czech faceted rounds, Vintage meadows blueberry hill large bellflower, ll/0 seed beads, Vintaj natural brass bead caps(two kinds), clasp, chain, headpins and ear wires all from LB. Swarovski crystals and brass spacers my stash.

    1) I want to be your new sister!!
    2) Are those flowers even more gorgeous than what they looked like on LB???
    3) Vintaj brass definitely a better choice.
    4) I love that the seed bead section goes through the.chain.

Haha Deb! I have four sisters already, but the more the merrier :)

The flowers are pretty gorgeous in real, I’m glad she paid for them though ;)

    Thanks Deb!

Geez Wanda, I have four sisters, too, but none of them wears jewelry – - – Your sister is one lucky lady – - whatever she paid for the components is far less than this beauty is worth ! Great design, and like Deb H, I like what you did with the seed beads and chain.

Thanks Paula! I had this vision in my head from the description of what Debbie wanted. It all just flowed into place as I was making it. Took me awhile to wrap the beads in the chain and do the flowers, seeing I don’t do that much or for just anyone. It was worth every bit of effort though, for such a wonderful sister :-D

This is wonderful! It flows in such a pretty way, and those flowers are knockouts. I’m wondering if the golden mica is as striking as in the pictures? I haven’t bought any–but I’ve been tempted.

Wanda, Debbie’s choices plus your design equals one Gorgeous set! Fabulous combination and placement of components! I have been lusting after that golden mica, too. It has been in and out of my cart so many times!!

Thank you Laud, Julia and Becky!

The golden mica are awesome in real! I have been hoarding them for a bit, so that they could be used with the right piece. I guess my sister’s necklace was it. I was going to use the rutilated Quartz that was in the pick as the other stone I wired, but the holes in them weren’t big enough for the wire I used. I also like the smokey dark mica against the vintaj brass better.

Wanda this is FABULOUS!!! I like that one strand is simple and consistent. One strand is soft and sparkling bicones and light colors. The third strand has the impact stones and the chain. Each of the three strands play a crucial role. I don’t even know what to say about the LOVELY and desirable flower focals!
Debbie, Can I borrow this? :)
