Brass and Bones

About this design:

I've been playing around with neck wires recently. Today I decided it was time to use one in a necklace. The brass discs are from the great stash of scrap metal my neighbor gave me. The discs have been heat treated with the torch then textured.

Really like this! I have a thing for dangling metal discs (no idea why) and this is perfect!

Thanks for the compliments and comments. Gail, you don’t need a reason to like dangling metal discs. We tend to be an eccentric bunch (jewelry artists) so we don’t need a reason. :D

What a great way to use those disks! I love them separated by the bone beads. Could use glass, too, I think.
