I saw everyone else’s beautiful cuffs and had to post my first attempt. This is where we start – those other ones are where we get to with practice. Amazing what a little photography practice can do for these pieces!

Way to go, Regina! Don’t knock your first try on something that gets complicated fast. My first one was grand and gaudy with a heavy emphasis on the gaudy. Onward and upward!

Thanks for the encouragement. But it still looks like a popcorn ball. Maybe with dried tomato flakes – those sparkle.

On a separate note; Any takers on the “garlic or chocolate” game?

Can you come up with a food that cannot be improved with the addition of either garlic OR chocolate. He went off, wracked his brain for a week (I thought he was upset about something), then out of the blue comes up to me and triumphantly says “sushi”. I think “sushi” is improved by a small amount of “garlic”. Anyone out there come up with a better one?

Love popcorn ball, tomato flakes, ugh. I don’t do tomato anything except sauce with good seasonings. Don’t be too hard on your self. You may go by fits and starts before you get something you really like but I know you can do it! RAH, RAH, RAH!

Regina, I agree with LRC you’ve got to start somewhere. Hey, at least you tried! I do have to tell you if this was presented as a popcorn ball, uhhhhh No! ;)
I think it’s a great start. This thing with the garlic or chocolate………Watermelon!

I say raspberries. They don’t need to be improved upon. This is a great first cuff bracelet.
