About this design:
I found these beads labeled Purple Alien. On closer inspection, I started humming the tune (Sing along now) "It was a one-eyed, one-horned, flying purple people eater...." I made these necklaces for our sale. Some are child size, some for grown-ups. I think I will start wearing one myself, just to celebrate Halloween. I have set aside one for my grandaughter, Liz. :D
I tryed for a clear picture so you could see the one eye, one horn, wings for ears and the sharp teeth and goofy tongue. It makes me laugh. ;)
Components:
Purple Alien beads, various stones including strawbery dyed jade, blue (purple) aventurine, dyed pink MOP flowers, faceted glass spacers, clear glass rondelles, and chain with toggle clasps.Read the comments (or add your own)

The trick was finding beads to go with the odd shade of purple they used for the alien beads.
