About this design:
I have posted this for a second time for a reason. I so respect and appreciate you ladies feedback. I have my third show sat. and I am planning to put only one table out and not have too many similar designs out at once. Of course, I want to sell them all, but i just thought this "keep it simple" approach might be good. What do you ladies think?Thank you for your input.

Mommykat Bubbly Chick says:Ok, Lucinda. I think you make very pretty & unique designs.
Displays are varied, and it ususally takes a few times to find out what works for you, and what to change. I would recommend covering the board in the back with some sort of fabric, so it looks more professional. Right now the smaller boards on the table are great, but the one in the back still looks like a corkboard.
There is a lot of open space on your table, so maybe you could add an upright mirror, or a few holiday type touches to the table. Also, maybe you could add some height variation to the table by using a couple of stacked boxes, and a display on top of them. I would cover the boxes with material or use boxes that compliment your jewelry!
I think that since this is only your third show, you should experiment a little and dont be afraid to change the table. If people look at certain items, showcase those.
You have beautiful necklaces, very colorful and attractive.

Cotopaxi Chickie Sue says:I’m with Lorrie on this one. The back board looks out of place with your beautiful black drapes. Depending on what it is made of, perhaps you could spray it black? The single white bust looks lonely – do you have some companions you could display with it? Or at least elevate it and make it the center of attraction. You have such lovely jewelry! Best of luck on your next show!

Lynn Eileen Chicky LE says:Lucinda, the first thing I noticed was how “out of place” the bulletin board looked compared to how elegant everything else looked. Not meant to criticize, just to let you know that my eyes didn’t go to your fabulous jewelry first, as they should have. I agree with Lorrie and Sue — could you cover it with fabric or paint it black to make your pieces stand out and also make it fit in better with your overall color scheme? Your jewelry is wonderful and that should be the focus. Good luck with your show!!!

Happy Chick aka Harriet says:I think it is good that you are using a lamp to focus light on your display. Sometimes the lighting at shows is not very good. I agree about the board looking unfinished compared to the rest of your pretty display. The addition of a few touches of holiday decoration is a good suggestion. Just keep it simple, as you jewelry needs to be the main focus Good Luck!!!

Jade aka Caryn says:I always struggle with putting too much out. DO you set your display up at home? That always helps me get a good look and change things around. When I see someone really interested in my pieces but not biting I tell them I have more inventory packed up. I have them bagged up according to colors. I ask the person what colors they like and I pull that bag out. (it hasn’t ended in a sale thus far) Good luck with your show!
