About this design:
This is primarily square Leopard skin jasper, black onyx (diamond shape) , alternated with copper beads. I set deep red garnets 4 on either side of the focal gypsy pendant. I put one of the black onyx diamonds inside the gypsy pendant. At the back neckline are 3 garnets and copper beads attaching a chain to a toggle closure.
Components:
Leopard skin jasper, Black Onyx, red garnets copper beads a gypsy pendant and a copper toggle claspRead the comments (or add your own)

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:These pictures as you can tell were taken via myself in the bathroom mirror. Ha, effective but not too inovative. Sorry about the flash in the one picture but I don’t know how to copy and paste. LOL. I took a picture front facing because I think it is interesting to see how something hangs on a person. Sorry I am not a super photographer nor a super model. ROTFLOL. I also did not include that I hung a dangle from the clasp. I’m not sure but I may want to make a different closure. Haven’t yet. Right now it is not adjustable.

Little Round Chick says:Fantastic design. The gypsy hoop really works well with the other components. I have to agree with you and Harmony on the importance of seeing how a necklace hangs.

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:Thank you ladies for your kind comments. I am just a stay at home retired person so I have to wear simple mostly. No one will see it except and the mall horay and a discount store like Sam’s called BJ’s. We eat a lot at Golden Corral and there are a lot of old people there when we eat lunch. Maybe I will have to get a little bolder and braver one day who knows.

KittyMom Linda says:Wonderful necklace. Wear those necklaces everywhere. Mine have been to many Dollar Stores LOL. You never know where you will find potential customers. I too, am retired, and I’m going to have to go back to work just to buy beads!

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:Thanks Kitty Mom Linda. This alone is a new area for me to wear. I have sold a lot of jewelry at 2 big department stores. My husband buys me a lot of gemstone jewelery, but I have not worn a lot of the bridge jewelry we are creating. These are the cross over from cut gemstones to bridge jewelry and then comes costume jewelery. Even costume jewelery as we older folk think of it is by no means inexpensive in Wal Mart or K Mart all
those places. The bridge jewelry is mostly made of real uncut gems gold, gold filled, and silver, or silver plate. I want to wear the designer stuff like Harmony on Strings is making a big bold statement. Well maybe I’ll create something one day to wear. I found 1 stone to use a large twisted oval light colored jasper. Had it in my cart last time and opted for the aquamarine.
