About this design:
I will probably wear this myself or make something like it for me. It is very comfortable and the clasp is secure. Even the bracelet fits well.
This is made of Lima Beads Silver Quartz from the cross word puzzle and black shell. I made 2 accompaning pair of earrings one being of only the black shell and pearls and silver accent beads
The other pair is made from black shell, silver quartz silver accent beads pearls and fish hook on both. The black shell has brown and blue flashes as you move so I'm not quite sure why it is called black shell only black in house light at night.
Components:
Lima Bead Silver Quartz, Black Shell, pearls grey with the green cast but mostly grey. Silver rondell spacer and s/s toggle clasp.Read the comments (or add your own)

Joyce M says:Very pretty set! I’ve looked at the silver quartz, but not gotten any.
On Mar 08, 2010 at 9:54 pm #
Faithful Chick aka Faith says:It’s a lot prettier in person. It has like crystals inside of clear. It is rather grey and with the little color of the black shell except for flashes of blue looks pretty with it. I think a pairing of blue with it would probably be nice.

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:Thank you Joyce M. and Copper Penny. The chain is relativly heavy but it gives a nice feel to the pieces.

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:I have my new bead station in the extra bed room. I have a lot of help there also Missy Grey with gorgeous green eyes. and Chelsea 75 pound boxer(rather fat at the moment, Hugging Mr Murphy 24 pound cat.) Murphy got mad at me because there was no room for him to lay in front in my beads. LOL
On Mar 09, 2010 at 12:54 am #
Faithful Chick aka Faith says:On that table behind the cat in 2 tins are all my beads. I have tools in the largest basket. Doesn’t look like much for all the money I have in it right now. I hope one day to have a problem like you all who cannot find room for all your beads. LOL.

Diane Cauley says:Your “kids” are so cute! I have a 23 pounder (kitty) named Isaac. He will lay on the beads in front of me until I move him to the bed

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:Thanks ladies for all the nice compliments. They are surely appreciated. I am still having to get more crimp covers. Just never know what to bring home and seem to use them where I least expect like restringing the little waitresses necklace. (didn’t check before finish well thought I did and crimped and put covers on to find I put the thing together in the center wrong. Oh well. LOL)

Joyce M says:Oh how I envy you a room to yourself and your beads!! and the pets! One day…..
Definately gonna have to try out some of this silver quartz. The more I see this, the more I like it!
On Mar 10, 2010 at 12:39 am #
Faithful Chick aka Faith says:Thank you Joyce. It is translucent to transparent it has some crystals in it and is a lot prettier than I thought it was going to be. We live in a very small place sq ft. wise. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths dining room and living room. I think my husband got tired of my mess on the dining room table. He is a clean freek. There are just the 2 of us and all the animals. More doggie toys on the floor everywhere than my kids toys when they were little. LOL.

Joyce M says:I’m looking so forward to just a small little place! Right now it’s my husband, our three kids, my son’s girlfriend on weekends, and my mom in a four bedroom. My (our) bedroom is half beads, the so called dining room table is covered in beads! He tries to be nice about it, but I know it drives my husband nuts!!! Doesn’t help that my mom is into all this too!

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:Wow What excitement you must live with. We have 5 kids between us. 2 sons and a daughter in Ohio and 2 daughters in Florida. Nobody lives close to us any more so we don’t see much of any one. My brother lives N. Ft. Meyers and Daughter in Brandon, and daughter we don’t talk to in Gainesville and we live 34 miles from her. Don’t have much family left.

Faithful Chick aka Faith says:We live in Keystone Heights. 34 miles from Gainesville and 60+ miles from Jacksonville. My daughter in Brandon is almost like a burb of Tampa. She lives roughly 3 hours from us and my brother in N.Ft. Meyers is 5-6 hours from us.
