Dark green pearls with obsidian

About this design:

I was in Montana last month and my boyfriend and I hit Billings' two bead stores... I incorporated his help and he picked out this beautiful strand of pearls - they are so dark green, they appear black... I used black seed beads to separate them, and he picked out the pendant...

Beautiful. Isn’t it nice when our significant others are into helping us? My husband is responsible for some of my better finds. I get stuck in one section of the shop and he travels through faster, thus finding the good stuff first. This is gorgeous with the pearls. Unexpected pleasure, I think.
