About this design:
Lately I've been really liking rice shaped beads. Although this isn't a color I normally wear, I bought a top anyway and it needed something bold to fill in the neckline. These are the dyed pink crazy lace agate beads from Lima. The shape of the links was inspired by a reproduction of an antique necklace that I saw in a museum catalog once upon a time. The headpins were formed by hammering the ends of 22 gauge wire.
