Viking Beauty


About this design:

I took a class on how to knit "viking weave" - This is my first attempt. Wove 21' of sterling wire into a 6 inch tube. Compressed the weave through a press and this is the end result.

    26 gauge sterling silver. You can also use 26 gauge artistic wire which is much less expensive. No, it did not hurt my hands. Take a look at this link to see how it’s done:
