3D Dragon

About this design:

This dragon has taken YEARS to complete the pattern for, and it is most dificult to do when working witht eh smaller beads and such.
I started this pattern when I was 18 (am now 29) it wasnt perfected till I was 26. And this whole dragon theme I have is thanks to the woman who has made the biggest impact in my mom, aka Dragon Lady of Clover Park Tech. School. She wanted a dragon, and I mde her the funniest looking one I ever mde, from that, the idea grew and grew, until...TA DA!!!

I used for this one, Pony Beads and 20g wire. He is 18" aprox. nose to tail tip. His wing span is 17" - 18". He has a forked tongue and four feet he stands on perfectly.
I have made ones as small as 4" out of seed beads, and one that was 8" out of 4mm stone round beads.
I do offer to people with a passion for the Dragon, an oppertunity to learn to make these, but it is hard to do, and I cant put instructions on here because 99% is in my head and only comes out when I work on them.
There are other patterns for the back, instead of a diamond there is an upside down "v" or stripes.
I hope all the dragon lovers out there enjoy

    Thank you
@MTDesigns, yes it took many hours to design and get right, then they got easier to make and now can put together a 18″ dragon in about 4 hours if not interupted too much.
@BayLady, I love to make the larger ones for children, they are always so fcinated by them. My daughter (2 yo) calls them her Rawrs.
I do occasionally sell these to people who love dragons, but havent had a lot of customers because it is all word of mouth. anyone interested?

This would go great in my school district. We are the Central Scarlet Dragons. The high school would love them, and the intermediate school just had a big “baby dragon” statue placed outside. If you send me some info perhaps I can get the word out for you.
