Well, no wonder he got the girl – anyone who could invent copper wire is good enough for me – I’d have all my jewelry needs met!!! Great story too.

Thanks ladies! I’m still not too sure about the pendant on this one..seems a bit too delicate for the big nuggets.. any suggestions??

Hmmmm, well I went back and looked at the pics.

You could ‘chunk it up a bit’ if you were to wire wrap in the other direction one more layer (so you would have the initial wire, the wire that curves off to the left now, then a third layer that curves off to the right … I’ve seen that recently and it looks very pretty).

Then you could add smaller beads across the middle of the center circles.

And if it still looks too delicate in person, you could add the smaller beads you added to the middle of the circles wire wrapped along the bottom of the of the current wire wrap (skipping the 3rd row noted above).

Why don’t you put it on a jewelry bust and let all the ideas people will send you swirl about for a bit before you do anything? It’s pretty even if you do nothing, but I can envision a chunkier look on the pendant portion. Best wishes! SLS
