Santa Fe Afternoon

About this design:

"Santa Fe Afternoon" is the first necklace I've made with (copper) wire rather than Beadalon. So please be gentle with me; I realize it's kind of warbly. I also made the clasp.

Components:

(Stabilized) Turquoise, Magnesite hearts, Coral, Gaspeite Turquoise, Green Jade

Nice work and I really like the choice of stones. It is not your everyday coral and turquoise combo. Really cheerful piece and I love the copper with it. Wonderful job

The wirework is wonderful, not “warbly” at all, and the colors are to die for. This is a really fresh take on the classic southwestern colors!!! :)

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments. Now I guess the only thing to do is get back on the horse and make another one, and another one, and … until it becomes second nature.
