I love Dino Dung…the agatized fossil has such great colors and patterns. I have a lot of beads of Utah coprolite that I design with. Here’s a quickie scan (just before packing for a show) that I did of a few items designed with Utah coprolite

So…anyone want to see what a “wild” piece of coprolite looks like? I’ve attached to photos of a specimen I found on a rockhounding adventure in BLM land North of Moab, UT. I was hunting Yellow Cat Red Agate–found a little of that in a wash. But, in that same wash I found a lot more fragments of petrified wood AND this rock. You’ll note in the 2nd photo that recent weathering reveals the colorful agate that replaced the organic material.

Lynn and LeighAnn–I have a following amongst the adolescent boys. They bring their sisters over to see and touch this gorgeous jewelry. Then…they tell the sister watch she just touched. Too funny, the girls get all squeamish and grossed out. The same boys bring me their favorite specimens to ooh and aah over. One even brings rocks on the plane when he comes to visit his grandmother (a great friend of mine).

Now that is what I call recycling. I guess Science Chick has the real scoop on the poop on her window. Oh that was bad. Don’t know what has gotten into me and dumb jokes lately. Missed ya all I guess.
