About this design:
Despite its composition from chunky faceted amethyst, there's a calm gentility about this piece. It's the color palette, I think: lavender and cream and cool silver. Makes me think of garden parties....quiet conversation...a silver teapot. But then again, I have an overactive imagination. :-)
