smoky, nope that one doesn’t – in Hawaii we had Farrell’s ice cream parlors – kinda turn of the century decor, w/ good burgers and ice cream sundaes, the staff would make a LOT of noise and announce people’s birthdays, way silly and just what we teens liked…
… up here in the pacific northwest we do have Red Robin’s and a few Dairy Queens (usually outside of urban areas… )
