I can’t say this looks like what I was wearing in 1994 (when I graduated HS), but seeing your pick and looking back on those days I wish it were! (Come to think of it, I did put on a bright lime green, long, a-line dress on the last day of classes for a hoot– one of my mother’s 60s bridesmaid dresses, actually. –Pam, you’re right! It’s like this 90s trend was a reboot from 60s & 70s psychedelic colors.– I used to give Mom a hard time about those lime bridesmaid dresses. “It was a hot color then,” she would explain. It may have been the only fashionable thing I ever wore in HS. I love my mother even more the older I get.)

Granny Nancy says:Hi and congratulations on your colorful pick. The 90s were a rough time for us what with both of us getting laid off and selling a house we all loved. Then moving from NY to N. Carolina. Which I hated. I had to leave my family and dogs behind. We moved to Asheville in ’94, our grandson was born in ’96 and then moved to Charlotte in’97 to be with our grandson. I didn’t have time to think about colors. My husband remodeled parts of the Charlotte house because some rooms were disaster. In the early 2000s I got involved with beading. But my granddaughter was born in 2001 so we made lots of trips to New York when she was tiny and then a toddler. I had back sugury twice in 2004 so they came to visit grandma. Sorry I wrote a book. Love, love, love your pick.
