    Beautiful pick! I guess none of the homes I have lived in were either built before the 50′s or in the 70′s. However, I do enjoy pink so probably would have liked pink formica.

    Thanks for the memory!
    We had a 1949 bathroom with tiles this color, paired with medium blue fixtures. Not a pretty pink, however but rather a dullish salmon, just like the Czech glass milky pink. It was tiny so we eventually gutted it and used white and cream.
    That was pretty!

    My Nana’s bathroom (Mom’s mother), built around 1959, was this shade of pink with blue, and our bathroom, built 1964, had tile this color. So, all in all, very fond memories. Wonderful pick.

    I could see the raffia focal hanging from a triple necklace of the gold chain, seed beads, and bead links made of the milky pink rounds and the tufted cushion links. Pretty pick.
