Beautiful Christmas pick! Cats are notorious for knocking ornaments off the tree. My Precious took the ornaments off and was chewing on them. Then she started pulling on the branches of the tree. I could see her pulling the 6.5 foot tree over onto herself. She’s strong. I guess that means I get the little tree out for Christmas.

We’ve given up on trees and just enjoy the scent of a fir wreath, plus some small stuffed fabric trees.

Love cats and Christmas! Love your pick! Once, one of our heavier cats climbed our 6′ tree. When he was near the top- the top began to sway back and forth. Luckily (and his name was Lucky) He had the sense to jump clear while my brother held on to the tree!

Love this pick! Thinking seriously of a ceramic un-climbable tree this year, since the “Bunny” (ferrel sort-of-Siamese) has gotten so big that a real tree is now in serious danger.

We too had a Siamese once – delightful but opinionated, typical. So for years we’ve put up cedar, fir and pine branches cut from our trees. We have a tabletop metal tree on which we hang tiny white lights, and single crystals of all shapes and sizes, but only clear in color. “Fiberglass snow” around it keeps animals away. When the lights are set on “flicker” we get rainbow sparkles.

Cats and Christmas is an interesting combination, as is your delightful pick. I had a half-Siamese once – what a character. I gave up on Christmas trees for the duration. And yes, a couple of cats for Christmas would be great! Love the tree-appropriate items laid out so beautifully with the kitty charms.

Cats & Chrismas. Thank goodness they don’t make metal icicles anymore. We spent 3 separate holidays looking at x-rays of animal tummies (dogs eat ‘em too) full of icicles. Not fun, but they all survived, and our vet’s kids went to college.

Love cats and love this POD! My first cat was a learning experience when I put tinsel on the tree and came home to the bottom branches missing tinsel. We all lived through it though. :) No tree this year, I have two kittens. I love the beads you picked.

And a Merry Christmas to you and kitties! They’re almost as much trouble (and fun) as kids – but never ask for the car keys! Happy POD!
