Cute coffee themed pick, Kimberly! So glad you could champion the egg hunt. I gave up after 12. ~_~

Congrats on your wired-&-inspired POD, Kimberly! Impressive egg hunting this year, too! The coffee worked! I hope you cashed in on some nice beads. The egg hunt is such a wonderful diversion for the obsessive, of which I admit I am one.
Here is how I look at the egg hunt:
The Lima Beads site is a campus where the beads live. They have their rooms off halls and stairways between floors. There are some crazy wormholes or portals in places to mix things up; it’s a magical, wondrous place.
Now at a time when the beads were all away at a trunk show, a deranged Kiester Bunny, who despises all things beautiful, sneaks into the Lima campus with a sack of 400 egg-mines, and in an attempt to blow up as many beautiful beads and things on the campus as he can, goes around from the Gemstones building to the Czech Glass castle with its many wings and floors to the Seed Beads building off the Beads quad and on to the buildings around the Charms & Pendants quad, and so on, leaving these pretty, colorful mines willy-nilly as he goes.
But as he’s heading between the Chain circle and the Supplies quadrangle, our hero, Steve, catches the deranged bunny with his sack of 100 remaining egg-mines! He defuses the remaining eggs (So easy! You click on them.) and interrogates the bunny were he’s been and how many eggs he had. Then he gets out help to find all the egg-mines and defuse them before the beads and things return from the trunk show on Sunday.
So it becomes not about how many eggs we can find, it’s systematically sweeping every page (building at a time, wing by wing, floor by floor, hall by hall, room by room) ensuring there is not an undetected egg there– anywhere on the page/in the room. Try not to get distracted by what the beads keep in their rooms or have on their walls. No need to poke through their stuff. Is there an egg there or not? Move on. We must save the beads in time!
Anyway, that’s how I keep going. And don’t worry about the Leaderboard for the first couple of days. You’ll come across the quick & easy eggs as you’re making your way to the deeper ones, and you’ll catch up & overtake the jackrabbits.
But if you’re going to get to every page, it will take many hours. And coffee.

Congratulations Kimberly! I can’t believe how many eggs you found either. You ladies are far more persistent than I.
    Funny story EPB.

I love this pick and I love coffee but the egg hunt frustrates me to the point that I stopped participating a few years ago.

LOL that’s so funny Liz , I really love that story !! ….I actually try to not do it the” jack rabbit ” way , but I soon find I only have a couple days that I can actually devote enough time to hunt … so I go fast to try to get enough eggs for a couple gemstone strands ( thank you so so much Lima !! :) ) the leader board for me then becomes sort of an incentive to keep trying …trying to stay on it …..which proves harder and harder each year …. I tell my hubby that this is my ” deer season ” LOL

Oh and Liz , I need to learn that ” don’t look in their rooms or what’s on the walls ” that’s great advise :D

Thank you ladies !! I was actually surprised at how many items lima has on their site that actually look like Coffee with cream

Liz, what a HOOT of a story! Excellent allegory of the Lima Beads Egg Hunt; and bringing Steve into the plot is brilliant! I agree with Merilee – I get too frustrated, not really having a strategy to go about finding the “eggbombs.” Also, I end up like Alice in Wonderland down the rabbit hole, wandering about the rooms and hallways, fascinated by what’s in there instead of going on my way to hunt eggs! Nonetheless, Congratulations, Kimberly, on both your POD and Egg Hunt Trophies!

EPB that is a perfect way to explain the egg-hunt.
    Great pick, Kimberly.
