I changed something after I hit “on” on the other pick and tried to do it before it was released. Give it a few minutes. :) And thanks!! The GG skull is my signature bead. :)

Becky, this pick is fantastic — pretty & fun at the same time! I have the GGP Sugar Skull. Does the word “sugar” imply it’s less scary? Because she still looks scary to me….LOL ;)

You have way too much fun with scarey, Becky ! Actually a great pick just for the colors (but I am never creeped out by skulls).

  13. puppychick labratbecky
    puppychick labratbecky says:

Deb, I do belive I need to try that….. :) I think I have 5 of these.. Anything to get rid of the crabby stressors at work. Seriously, ladies, with no kids at home anymore, hubby and I are trying to figure out how to rearrange finances to get me out of there.

The big problem I face at work is that I find problems in the whole system. Sometimes it brings about a systemwide change- like how sputums are collected for TB testing– There were patients getting treated for a bug (a TB relative) that was coming from the tapwater they rinsed their mouths out with before coughing up a sputum. The bug wasn’t even in their bodies and they were being prescribed meds.

Other times, I get yelled at for rocking the boat. I am either a good employee or a thorn depending on day of the week and I never know which it will be. I am there to make a difference and when that involves dollar signs, management gets crabby. People around me do bare minimum work and get praised. I just can’t deal with this whole system anymore. Want to know what’s wrong with healthcare? Let’s talk. :)

  14. Lynn Eileen Chicky LE
    Lynn Eileen Chicky LE says:

Becky, I used to be a civilian administrative assistant to a colonel at an Air Force base. So many of the things you mentioned (see above) are the same things I experienced there. Sigh. Is it that way everywhere?!?!?! :(
