Description from EPBCornell: Don't get too worried-- I don't think I'm having a heart attack right now. Just may be developing A-fib like my father had, and just feeling stressed. At least I have gotten my PCP to relent & finally give me a referral to a cardiologist to check if my heart is having any real issues. If any of the chest pain gets sharper or if the palpitations get frequent or last long enough that I get faint I'll go to the ER. For now I just need to relax, unwind and get tests scheduled for peace of mind. My dad survived with his A-fib for years before it was treated or became a real problem. I will get checked out in time and be fine.

dolllady aka Pam says:Liz, stress really can throw out bodies out of kilter as you know. With that said, there are many, many things in our daily lives that create stress that we can’t control. That is when beading or making fresh picks helps us control some of that stress. Your pick beautifully depicts your current current health problem. I hope it helped relieve a little stress. EPBCornell says:Oh geez, thanks everyone! I have an appointment with the cardiologist in 3 weeks that has been seeing my husband these past years when his PCP heard a murmur and they determined his aortic valve was shot & needed replacement. My chest pain seems better now and never got more severe, but I still have concern that my heart is not strong and its arteries may be somewhat obstructed — my LCL & triglycerides have been at terrible levels for a while now and I can’t seem to stop eating cheese or get my husband to cook with the avocado oil instead of the butter. I’ll definitely feel better giving my heart a checkup.
