Since you did all that work they will survive and thrive. This pick is a great depiction of those new plants.

I’m fascinated by this lovely configuration. Would make a wonderful, light & earthy piece.

Was wondering, what sort of cuttings did you plant? (I’ve never had much luck with cuttings.)

Thanks everyone :) They look good so far :)
    Mary, they are:
    Scheffleria arboricola
    Epiprenum aureum (golden pothos)
    Monstera adansonii (Monstera monkey mask)
    Scindapsus pictus (silvery pothos)
    Philodendron scandens
    Syngonium podophyllum
Sorry, don’t know the common names for all of them.
It helps to not put them in soil too late, the roots in the water should not be too long. Also it helps to keep the soil moist in the beginning and to spray the leaves a bit so that they can adjust and grow roots that fit the soil. All of the species above are quite easy to propagate.

I potted up 24 daylily “fans”, 2 each of 12 kinds I bought online. And tomatoes in pots–so many! I get spring fever and go crazy. We just ate a snow pea and rice dinner from peas I planted 8n pots. I wanted to do cuttings, but couldn’t find rooting hormone powder. Nice pick for us plant maniacs.

    Hi Melody,
I never use root hormone. They grow nice roots also without.
Greetings to all you fellow planters!
