Beautiful selection of beads! I agree that whoever has named different items in our world have used oxymoron as way to see if anyone is truly paying attention as a joke.

Wonderful pick for your woodpecker friend! Yes, odd about the name… We have a few downy woodpeckers that hammer some of the trees around our yard– this reminds me to refill the suet feeder as I can’t imagine there are crawling bugs to be found for them under the tree bark in this bitter cold. The other wintering birds do appreciate it, too. Unfortunately, the squirrels are also onto it. We go through suet pretty fast in the winter.
    Congrats on POD, BLE!

A lovely pick for such interesting birds. Our squirrels pretty much leave the suet alone but we quit putting out sunflower seeds as the squirrels simply lay in the feeder and eat to their hearts content! Not even the pilliated woodpecker scares them away!

Congratulations on your POD. Nice color scheme. We only get downy woodpeckers regularly here in my yard. Although we sometimes get Flickers, and once we had a Sapsucker, red bellied or red headed, I forget which. Bird watching is fun.
