dolllady aka Pam says:Julie, your pick is a great reminder of Santa Fe! We weren’t there but a few hours. Most of that was spent in a market. There were many tables with handmade jewelry and baskets made by the Navajo persons.

Edith U says:Julie-You surely had your eyes open for the local color. I hope you got to the museums, including the Georgia O’Keefe museum; now that transplanted New Yorker got all the northern New Mexico color down. Unfortunately, you missed the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta the first week in October-lots of color here then with hundreds of hot air balloons against the bright blue sky and golden cottonwood trees along the Rio Grande river. So, come again soon!
