Hi! I am an addicted, happy beader. I have been beading for six years, and I am still shopping for more beads and everything else that has to do with beading. As we know, buying beads is like buying shoes, you just have to have them.

I am happily married to a great guy, and have a wonderful son and a beautiful daughter. I’m a grandmother to two beautiful girls, and they are the love of our lives. I also have a 13-year old sweet Bichon Frise named Zoe. She is truly a lap dog, sticks with me all day and night and I just love her to pieces.

Since retiring early 14 years ago, we spend 5-8 months a year in Mexico. What a terrific place. Of course being from the Ocean

State of Rhode Island, a beach was a must. We found a great
place, and it is our home away from home. I have managed to
    A

have my supplies and beading materials split between our
places. Carrying luggage filled with heavy beads was too much.
And all-too-often, Customs had to be convinced it was a hobby
    in their country, not work!

Someday I hope to have my own Blog because I love to chat,
text, share skill tips, and learn from the incredibly talented
beaders. Even though it’s really not as easy as ”they” say, to set
up your own Blog, I will keep at it.

I display my jewelry at a lovely salon close to my home. That’s such a treat for me because I have cut back on attending the large weekend fairs. I pretty much stay with some small, local
Fall and Holiday Fairs. In the beginning, I attended many fairs and festivals and shared space with my BF. Those were some fun times, let me tell you! Great memories.

So, by now you see why I seek out a Blog!

I hope you will join with me, to have great conversiations, idea sharing, and offer helpful hints. It will be fun.

By the way, I need some answers about what kind of wire does not tarnish, and exactly how to harden wire. I haven’t been too successful. I have simply gone to a heavier gauge.

    Chat soon. Caio, Nancy
