California sounds great! I would love to visit and take in all the scenery and culture. Yeah, it definitely is a plus when your work environment is relaxing and enjoyable, it’s kind of a requirement for us

Hey Cathy!! Thanks! Everything is going really well at the restaurant. Business is good, and it’s like a weekend retreat for us right on the river. (It would be even nicer if we had a boat! lol) How are things with you?

Don’t tempt me, my will power is non-existant! (especially where chocolate is concerned!)

Someone recently introduced me to dark chocolate peanut M&Ms! Don’t try them, not even one!

It IS one of the major food groups, isn’t it? If it isn’t, it should be! LOL

Harriet, so glad to hear that I’m not the only one who does that!!! I’m not as good as you are though – I don’t stop at just a few. I’ll have to try the freezer thing, maybe I can stay away from them.

Cathy, so good to hear from you. True confession: if I truly crave chocolate, I’ve been known to open
a bag of chocolate chips, and count out just a few to savor. They really are good straight from the freezer, where they have to stay if I want to have any left to cook with.
