“love your local rainforest”

Description from MH: As a matter of fact, let's love every rainforest. And every forest and every tree in our yards. And feel blessed that we have them. And pray that the wildfires will be contained.

Amen to that. I want to cry every time they report on the fires. I remember when my parents and I visited my aunt in Rochester, Washington. Once we reached Yellowstone and back to Texas the green forests were was inspiring.

Oregon has been hit hard. Last year, and now, again. 2,000 people are fighting the fire. The smoke is going east, not west like last year. Which means more suffering, as people have to breathe. Nice pick to remind us how important trees are, to us, to birds, to all animals.

Great message. If it weren’t for the wonderful trees in the world we humans wouldn’t have the oxygen we need to exist.

    Yes. Beautiful pick.
I’m on the east coast and we had orange skies here.

Amen, my friend. Up here in northern Minnesota, we have had several days of air quality alerts. I stay inside with the air purifier on in my studio, use my nebulizer several times a day and have not seen the sun or moon for several days … pretty scary and apocalyptic …

Congrats on your amazing educational POD! I can’t imagine the fear of losing everything you own. My heart breaks for the people affected by the fires.

We are continuing to get Canadian smoke, which pays no heed to closed borders.
    Still love this pick!

Thank you. I have a cousin near Spokane and for the second summer in a row my heart breaks for her. Outside Denver, we have mountains and foothills 20-30 miles away but we can’t see them.
