Working with just rocks is really fun. It amazes me that you can find these colors lying along the shore of a lake in Idaho. I mixed all the colors and sizes together to create this flowing bracelet, strung it on leather cord and finished with the ever-so-creative Green Girl Studios Nesting Bird Toggle.

Supplies you’ll need:

  • 2 jump rings
  • 1 Green Girl Studios Nesting Bird Toggle
  • 1' Natural Light Brown Round Leather Cord 2mm
  • 4" Hand Dyed Silk Ribbon 7/16"
  • 44 beach stones - combination of charms and pebbles

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

As you string the stones onto the leather, make sure to place a few knots throughout the bracelet. This will keep the stones in place and add some visual interest to the bracelet allowing people to see the leather component.

Step 2

After everything had been strung and crimped, I tied the ribbon through the loop on crimp cord end on the ring side of the bracelet. I then strung 4 beach stone pebbles and tied it off, creating a collage charm of the stones.
