Coral Coasts Bracelet

Step 1

Cut 4.5" of each of your chain colors x2.
With your first set of chain lengths, double over your chain and attach a jump ring. This essentially creates a loop. Do this for each of your chain pieces in the first set. Take 3 10" lengths of 4-ply waxed linen or 10# hemp through the jump rings.

Step 2

With your second set of chain lengths attach a jump ring to each chain at one end. String 3 10" lengths of 4-ply waxed linen or 10# hemp through the jump rings.

Step 3

Pull the second set of chain halfway through the first set of chain's loop. Take the unfinished ends of chain from the second set and match up each end attaching with the jump ring already in place.

Step 4

At each end of the bracelet where you now have cord, double them over and string the 6 strands through one 8-10mm African glass round. Pull all the way down and secure in place with an overhand knot.

Step 5

Use 8" of either waxed linen 7-ply or 20# hemp to make a sliding square knot closure to finish your bracelet.
