Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Using pliers, carefully bend down the part of the hoop that's sticking straight up so that it lays straight.

Step 2

Slide on a crystal bead, and then a chrysocolla chip. Repeat until you have 9 chips & 10 crystals. Bend the hoop back to its upright position.
