Create these unique earrings with a simple Celtic knot and your favorite cord.

↓ Buy the supplies

Supplies you’ll need:

Leather Cord (two 8" pieces)
Fold-over cord end
Wire
Ear wires
Large hole beads

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Slide a large hole bead (however many you'd like) onto a piece of cord and make a loop with the left side of the cord passing over the right side.

Step 2

Using the picture as a guide, make a loop with the left side of the cord. The loop will go over the right side of the cord.

Step 3

Using the picture as a guide, Take the right side piece of cord, pass it over the tail of the loop you made in step two, and under, up & through the loop you made in step one.

Step 4

Using the picture as a guide, take the same piece of cord you were working with in step three. Pass is over, under, up & through the loop from step two.

Step 5

You can either trim the ends of the cord,secure the ends together with wire, make a loop with the tails of the wire, and slide the hoop on an ear wire, or after you trim the ends you can place them in a fold over cord end and clamp down with pliers to secure.
