Cat's Paw Knot Necklace

Project details:

in favorites

This is an easy knot that really dresses up any pendant. Every time I wear a focal with this knot people always ask about it. This knot is called a Cat's Paw knot.

Supplies you’ll need:

I use 2mm leather cord, I started out with about 2ft and a porcelain ring focal.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Fold your cord and loop it through the ring.

Step 2

Then take the two legs of the cord and feed them through the loop and spread them apart.

Step 3

While keeping the cord spread out in the center, take the ring and rotate it forward through the loop several times.

Step 4

The pull the two ends tight until the knot forms at the top of the ring.
