Lapis is said bring clarity and wisdom. This pendant is stunning and easy to make. I have been wanting to create a large funky bail, so I tried these components together and it worked!

Supplies you’ll need:

You will need 1 teardrop hoop, 18 gauge gold wire, pliers, 1 lapis side-drilled pendant, and your favorite chain.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

First cut 6" of wire and feed it through the teardrop hoop and the lapis pendant.

Step 2

Then start wire wrapping up the sides of the hoop. This is a heavier gauge and is a little harder to manipulate, but the end result is a nice clean wrap. Wrap as many times as you would like and cut the wire. Do the same on the other side.

Step 3

Finished! I added 3 Nunn Design jump rings to create a bail to hang the chain from.
